Have you lost a loved one? Did you know what steps to take and in what order? When a loved one passes away it can be a traumatic and confusing experience. If you have been named Personal Representative or Trustee, you may have time-sensitive duties to fulfill while also managing your own grieving process. This seminar will help create the framework for you to know and understand what to do when a loved one dies. It will also cover the duties and responsibilities of Trustees serving under a long-term Trust.
