Are you concerned about how to give assets to your beneficiaries (outright or in a testamentary trust being distributed over time)? Or, how to provide for a surviving spouse, but being able to protect assets from their next spouse, or their creditors? What about how your beneficiaries will manage the assets that are given to them? Or, how such a distribution would impact your beneficiaries' lives? How about what would happen if all of your primary beneficiaries are deceased? All of these questions will be addressed when you attend this seminar.
This seminar will educate you on how to protect your loved ones from themselves and others, as well as how to protect your assets through the use of different kinds of Trusts. You will learn about how to provide for your surviving spouse, how to plan for minor, disabled, or irresponsible beneficiaries, and how to incentivize your beneficiaries using testamentary trusts. You will also learn about protecting an asset, such as the family cabin, for the use of generations to come.
Come to the in-person seminar on, "Can you Control From the Grave? Darn Right You Can! How to Plan for Those Who Will Inherit." on Thursday, September 19, 2024, from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the SeaTac office.
