Beth Goodman is the team lead of the Probate and Estate Administration department and the Asset department. Joining the firm in June of 2019, Beth assists clients through the difficult process when a loved one has passed away. She works closely with the attorneys to draft the appropriate documents that are required by state law to facilitate the Probate process. She is also a part of the Asset department and assists clients through the Trust funding process.
At the age of 17, Beth began her career by working her Junior and Senior high school summers in her family’s law firm in Everett, WA, where her dad and older brother practiced law. In 1987, Beth graduated from Trend Business College with her Legal Secretary Certificate. Since then, she has worked in various law firms in the Seattle area as a legal assistant and paralegal in the areas of estate planning and probate. Beth has an adult daughter, Victoria, and three grandchildren who live in California. Beth grew up boating with her family and spent her summers in the San Juan Islands, including taking two trips to Ketchikan, Alaska. Beth enjoys traveling, being on or around the water, spending time with friends and family (especially her grandchildren), attending church, reading, watching movies, and trying out local wine bars. She also enjoys traveling and someday would like to visit Greece, Ireland, Italy, and the Caribbean.
